It would be nice to make videos showcasing the durability of this boat. Like passing over some oyster beds, hitting structures with barnacles, dragging from the beach to the water, etc. Also, intentionally putting pin hole/s while on water to bust the myth that it will pop like a balloon. Also, talk about the materials that are being used to build this boat.

The material is designed to compress leaks. I’ve run through 3k bass seasons and have had up to 10+ spline punctures due to tossing multiple fish on deck and just kept on fishing. I like how dry the ride is. I have a Solo Skiff and I really enjoy it but it sure is a wet ride. I like this because it can be portable for road trips too.

Question I am on the fence between the Paddle Ski basically a Kayak/paddle board and the Sea Eagle Skiff my wife and I aren’t exactly fishermen but we like to explore. I live in Central Florida and l live close to Wekiva Springs but would also love to do saltwater like the intercostal and do rivers. Plus we have 2 dogs we would like to eventually train and bring along with us. What is your advice which one should we go with.

Both are great options but definitely a different experience. If you are looking for something to occasionally just paddle with no motor and easy to inflate and carry than the paddleski is a great option. If you are looking for a boat to use with a motor and have plenty of deck space for spending a day on the water then I would recommend the FishSkiff.

I already own a 6hp mud motor and a 15hp 2 stroke outboard. Would both of these motors be usable with this boat? Not trying to set any speed records just hoping I can use what I already have. Thanks for the great video!

This boat is rated for up to a 10HP motor so that is all I can comment on but the 6HP motor would push it along nicely around 16-17mph.

Personally I have never been boating over there but that is a long trip each way in open water with potential for heavy currents and possible storms. For a boat this size I would recommend staying within a few miles from shore just for safety.

9:37 Sadly, when you live in the Florida Keys or on the Bay you need to expect that Mother Nature will randomly pull the 'flush lever' and wash things away; reminding us that we are but visitors and campers for a season. By the way, I covet the fishing skiff and Honda 9.9 combination.
