i loved it! it went so fast and i was done! compared to others workouts, where 30 minutes can feel like forever. would love to use it during my rest days. thanks!

Found you via Instagram, so glad I did. Have been doing your workouts almost exclusively for weeks. Was stalling ALL DAY today bc I wanted to work out but not really. This was perfect for my level of motivation. Dripping sweat now and glad I finally got moving today.
