Such an effective upper body workout. Did it yesterday and feel soreness in areas I typically don't feel. Really love your workouts with light weights the most. Have this one saved to do again and again. All of your workouts are awesome. Thank you!

Hello Liss, this was my morning workout! I used light weight only on right side since I still have tennis elbow on the left. I did the motion on the left! Still AWESOME workout! My right arm definitely was tired!!! I really appreciate the preview of the next move during the 10 sec rests! Most of the time I started the next move immediately! Wooo i just completed this! I didn't do thr cardio movements except for the Waistline ones. I did controlled movements with he weights alone and I got a great workout. 👍 Arms and legs like jello now 😆

Wowzie ! Just finished this fantastic Awesome workout ! I thought I could use my 2# weights…boy was I wrong 😑 I went down to my 1# weights before the first round was over🤣 What a great burn 🔥 for the upper body. شكر على مجهودك انا عامله عملية انفصال عضلي وفتق صره بلعب معك رياضه بس هاي الفتره عم يصبني الم في بطني هل سببه رياضه والعمليه من سنتين ارجو الافاد وانا لا احب ان اترك رياضه ثم ارجع امارس رياضه لاني اصاب بتشنج العظلات بعد تمارين اذي ترك تمارين اكثر من اسبوع ارجو لافاده ضروري وشكر ا جزيلا❣

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
