Can't believe I just tried this!! The music is so refreshing and groovy!! And I am sweating with the heat of Summer and I think I gain more than 30mins active points on my Fitbit! haha!

Well spitting facts again haha so I did this one plus a 15 min workout and burned 273 kcal. For a low impact workout that seems great. So even low impact is more than nothing :D so during my low energy times I do enjoy doing these. :) also feel better about my food doing this afterwards. Also 14 fat burn zone points ^^! So 14 min

Hi, so nice to hear that! I don’t post calories on purpose as it might trigger some people. I think this routine should burn as much as taking a walk outside for 30 mins:)

hey, you can do this workout right after, or if you had a heavy dinner after 30-40 mins :) you can always adjust the pace and the moves to make it even better :)

hi, you can do it whenever it feels good to you! I would recommend waiting for around 20-30 minutes after a meal but as it is like taking a walk you can also do it right after a meal :)

I really enjoy this workout. I am a personnal trainer and I've been working out hard for the last 20 years but now having digestive problems and walking like this after a meal help a lot ! Really appreciate this walking workout. Thanks a lot @Rovena_
