Any day! As long as I finished my pressing tasks for the day and still have energy! BTW this one makes me perspire quite a lot- something I didn't expect! Is this a more intense one although low-impact or is it just my body?

Yep, as this is a no jumping/no running workout you need to compensate that with a slightly higher pace to reach 5000 steps 😅

I didn't notice much of the fast pace as I was enjoying the interesting moves like with your other workouts 😄 But I do notice my thighs got bigger after the workout - can you advise which of the moves might have contributed ? Could it be the tip-toing moves or the squat-walks which I don't usually do?

Thank you for noticing the moves!😄 Yes, it was probably because some of the moves required more leg work:)

Perfect workout for a distant worker who usually doesn't do anything physically harder than tapping on a keyboard buttons! Thank you a lot for this video! It's so funny to see how you raise your hands at the final "walk" -- like, congrats, we did it! I felt exactly the same.)

Hey, Ms Rovena.. I have to tell you something.. actually, I have a question.. please answer this.. in this workout, I want to know that how many calories I burn if I doing perfectly....?? Please answer this. I really want to know that, actually I want to lose weight & it's really interesting for me so please please help me.

Hi Priya, I cannot tell the exact number as it differs for every person! Also, if your goal is to lose weight, I'd recommend you to combine cardio and building muscle (lifting weights, HIIT and etc.). Try not to rely on burning calories only as it might make exercising a duty instead of having fun. Loved that this one was rather up tempo! :) however didn't reach 5k steps but 4k instead not sure why hmm.. Nevertheless I enjoyed this workout and reached my 10k steps goal since I already did 6,3k :) burned 220 kcal and 15 min fat burn, 6 min cardio zone :)
