I’m so great full for this after dinner workout. It’s raining here so I couldn’t go for a walk. I did it in my l/r while I watched an episode it’s the perfect length. Thank you!

Omg great gentle happy workout! I love working out hard, but I find this one is so indulging and serotonin boosting. Helps me digest and relax before bed or in between shores. Plus the music selection is ACE! thank you so much and please keep them coming ❤

Plan to do all your workouts eventually. Today I felt like 30 min too long, 15 too short so this was perfectly inbetween. Burned about 82 kcal apparently fat burning zone too. But most importantly I feel better about my meal. Less stuffed in a good way, like not hungry but not that I feel bloated either. Thank you again for a lovely workout. Ps I love the color of your leggings

hahah I would love to hear your favourite ones after you complete them! I enjoy these little workouts after a meal as well, it really makes a difference on how you feel. If you interested, these leggins are gymshark "vital seamless" collection, though I got them 2 years ago so not sure if they still have the colour✌️

@@Rovena_ thanks I will look for them! :) or else if not there can try 2nd hand shops cause some people sell stuff they never wore. I let you know what my favorites are then once all finished ^^ I tend to like medium workouts and shorter to max 30 min but must say I didn't hate the 1 hr long 10k one either haha. I tried both but with last one I forgot to put my smartwatch on so rather comment when I do it again with smartwatch ^^ Do have favorite moves already like the step with shoulder roll move and faster pase moves like butt kick are fun to me ^^

Hi, you can do it anytime you want - it is a low impact workout similar to taking a walk, if you feel good to move right after eating then you can definitely do it:)

hey, it depends on how you feel :) if you had light/average meal, then probably it is going to be ok to move (you can always adjust the pace)

Hey Teeba! Yes, it can help to lose weight if you are in a calorie deficit - if you burn more calories than consume, you will start seeing the results:)
