Vera… I’m so happy to see that you now have over 70,000 subscribers!!! I started with you a little bit ago and you had under 10,000. You deserve it and you are the best on KZbin ! I have transformed myself in about 6 months .. diet and your workouts . I feel better and stronger now than ever. Keep it up !

Yeah, you most eat very good food to get more protein because when you don't eat like more eye, furit and vegetables and other things that help your strength because exercise 20% why food is 80% so know what you eat after and before your workout it's important

I am recovering from a virus and used this video at my own pace to work my way back to my normal routine. Do you have any suggestions for us who have had to take a week or two off from exercising because of sickness? Thank you for all of these fabulous, consistent workouts. Love your positivity!

Hope you feel better soon! Always go at your own pace, but you can always jump right back into your workouts once you’re feeling better. Make sure you warm up 🥰

Thank you! Please don’t take any weight loss supplements, they don’t work, and could’ve extremely dangerous to your long-term health. You should focus on getting enough protein to fuel your workouts 💪

Hi Vera! Thanks for your fantastic vids. By the was: You look amazing! I have a question: I want to get a "Mens Health" fitness body. I am advanced and I want to build a little bit more muscles and losing fat (my diet is on point). Can I do alternating 3 of your upper body workouts and 3 of your leg workouts per week or do you think this will be too much?

Hey I love your workouts. They've been helping me getting back into strength training and I keep looking forward to your content! But lately I've been having this issue where I keep getting back pain after using weights (currently using dumbbells of 7.5kg each). I'm pretty sure it might be because of my posture but because I'm doing them by myself, I can't figure out where I'm going wrong. Do you have any suggestions on what I could do?

I’m so sorry hun! It’s likely because you are not keeping your core engaged, and as a result, you might be rounding your back, causing back pain - that’s my guess. I would drop to lighter or no weight until you get comfortable maintaining core engagement throughout. It will be worth it 💪💪

It is good to stretch after or before workout it helps more than going into workout without stretching avoid injury
