I've been strength training for over 4 years, my legs are literal power units . And this simple 30 min workout humbled me SO MUCH. That leanback squat pose?? What the hell! I have gained immense respect for dancers !

I'm so glad you wrote that and put it into perspective for me. Maybe I won't give up just yet, then ... in my 60s, out of shape... still stuck with it till the end and managed about 75%! I did not even attempt the leanback pose, though... something to work towards one day?! HOW amazing is Nicole

@@AlisonWonderland999 It's never too late to get back in shape. Moving our bodies is how we stay happy, I'm convinced. And also, managing 75% is great work, I'm 21 and I could barely even do the workout so maybe you're not even that out of shape!

Hi Nicole, I am 60 years old dance-movement teacher, I have nerve damage in my one side leg after a car accident, I have held myself back from ballet training for 12 years. At the present I feel I need to give work to my muscles and whole body and this workout is just great for me. Of course I am not able to do so many repetitions at first time, but I feel happy and my body is happy doing this. Thank You!

I have been doing your videos pretty consistently for almost 2 years now and noticed tons of improvement with my muscle endurance but this video is STILL one I can't do without JUMPING out of some of the exercises after the last rep and it makes my legs shake INTENSELY. Hahaha but I love it. Even if I say otherwise halfway through sometimes :')

As a performative artist, during the pandemic, I started searching for ways to keep moving and kept searching for workout videos that just felt right. But most of the instructors offered harsher workouts (which most people enjoy and I've full respect for.) As an artist who does not like to workout, I find endless length, strength, grace, and expansion in your workouts. My shape has never been better. Cannot thank you enough. I like your soothing voice, which somehow eases the tiredness. You always remind when to inhale and exhale which is very helpful. I think that I burned a lot but was gentle to my body. Thank you Niicole- Will look for more workouts from you.

I loved this workout even though I struggled a bit. I have been doing your workouts for ten months now and even if I slack off a bit I always come back to yours! My calves have never had definition like they do now and my entire body has tone differently then my running and yoga provide. I think a combination of exercise is good but now that I have added yours in I feel great about myself and not just physically but mentally. It may be also because I am 46 and some things I am just impressed I could hold out for the counts and not give up. Sometimes that brings a laugh saying to myself "I did it!"

Love your videos Nicole 🤗💕 I'm struggling to find content whilst I'm pregnant. They're all so easy but I love your teaching style and the movements are so sneaky for such innocent looking moves!
