The goal of each Power Heels dance class is to make you feel feminine and fierce. We start each class with strength training so you can gain muscle. Afterwards, put on your favorite heels to learn a bold choreography that combines hip hop, jazz and burlesque. If it’s your first time, we recommend square toe heels or wedges. If you’re up for an adventure, strap on your fave stilettos. This is gonna be one dance class that will make you sweat sexy!
