For your reference the dumbbells are 5kg/ 11lb X 2. This is a sweaty and dynamic workout, focused on building your endurance. Lots of compound moves today with a good mixture of lower and upper body work. Let’s do this!

Thank you for the workout, Olivia. Your Metcon workouts are always great. Could you please make a 45-minute strength workout with several rounds of exercises repeated 3 times so we are performing 3 sets per lift?
