Oh my goodness, just how much fun was that! I usually strength train with pretty heavy weights but just wasn't feeling it this morning. This popped up up on my feed, saw 'strength & tabata' so thought I'd give it a go. Not what I expected but in a good way! Sometimes it's so good to go off grid & do what you want. Definitely keeping an eye on this account in the future ❤ x

I used to hate Pilates as Im really into weight lifting and thinking Pilates is so slow and .. boring. But after doing some of ur Pilates exercises I fall in love with it🌸🎀✨❤ esp the one that combine with weight like this, really satisfy my love for strength training but dont put too much pressure and strain on my muscle. Im also surprised by how challenging and sweaty Pilates can be❤ thank you so much Olivia, your walking and pilates exercise give me excitement to work out every single day. I wish i could have the financial means to be ur member one day (since im a student still)😢. Plssss release more walking and strength x pilates workout like thisss🎉 love you so much

Hi, I have been following you for a month. I like your workouts. They are so motivational and energic and includes diffrent moves in evrey single minutes. But there must be water breaks . Thanks🌹

The workout is not very intense - I don't know, maybe for people with lower physical fitness. I also don't understand the advertising stream - the ads, instead of being in the break, quite often interrupt the entire workout

Love this routine. I always have 2 sets of dumbbells on hand. Lighter for shoulders and heavier for legs.

This one was tough! The first half was lower body focused and my legs were jello. This is a set of exercises that you repeat. I burned 236 calories
