About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

I have been doing a different workout of yours for the last 10 out of 12 days. I have already seen such amazing results and think I have finally found what works for MY body and what is accentuating my body type. I have struggled my whole life with gaining and keeping muscle and rather than lifting heavy weights and "bulking" this has me feeling lean, strong, and with more flexibility! Thank you so much!

I did this one today for first time and will be one of my favorites! Love all the exercises and the music that you selected! Love the reggueaton song with abs 😃💪🏻 please do more like this one with a variety of arms exercises as well and different music rhythms! Thanks a lot for your work!

June is here, the dances lessons are over in les than a month, time to go back to online workout :) I had forgotten how intense this was in a very short time, my goodness I'm all sweaty. Nice workout to sollicitate the whole body, when you have 30 minutes ahead of you. And icing on the cake: this is also 30 minutes of english listening training for me, 2 in one! ( I guess that commenting can do as " writing practice"!) So this summer I'll try to do a bit more pilates along with specific abs, glutes, arm or legs... Have a nice summer, all of you!

I would really love to do the full workout, but I am VERY unfit and struggle tremendously with the tummy exercises (sit-up etc). Is there anything else I can do until I am more fit to try attempt it again? Please?

Do my other videos on my channel and do as much as you can, before you know it you'll be adding reps and feeling stronger. Stay consistent, so aim to show up for your work 3-4x/week
