After previewing the video first I added light ankle weights because it looked easy but it was challenging. Great workout!

I wish you did only KZbin barre workouts instead of an app. I can't afford an app because I'm a stay at home mom. But barre is my favorite work out and no one does them only on KZbin!

Thank you for this workout! I am recovering from nerve damage after a herniated disc. My left calf has lost a lot of strength and I am in dire need of fun exercises. I made it to 2,5 minutes. I am proud of myself as my surgery was 5 months ago and I am still recovering. I did ballet for 2 years but only in my twenties.

I've been following your wedding plan for about 2 weeks now and I'm AMAZED at what I can do. I've never wanted to follow through with a workout as much as I do with yours. You're just the right mixture of "c'mon, finish strong," with, "it's okay to take a break if you need one." Love your balance! I feel strong and beautiful!

Guys remember not to be cold when you begin. Wear a little sweatshirt and keep the room not freezing so your muscles are loose. You can shed the layer too.

So am 15wks pregnant 😊 And just found your channel. I've been really suffering with tight glutes and hamstrings which has stopped me from running atm. But i also want to learn to build inner strength not just look after my weight while i get bigger. This was definitely a challenge but will definitely continue ❤ Thank you 😊
