These workouts are amazing! I never really comment but I really wanted to comment today and say thank you for these amazing workouts I discovered hasfit when quarantine started and now I’m down 35 pounds! I finally have the body I have always wanted and I couldn’t have done it without you guys! I had literally spent years trying to lose weight and tried many different workouts and none had been as effective as these! Thank you so much for making my fitness goals a reality!

I am down from 360 to 174. I love your workouts. I can be at the gym on the elliptical for 45 minutes straight and sweat way less than doing this workout. Thank you guys for being inspiring and giving us great workouts. You guys have helped me transform my body in a way I hadnt thought possible.

It is an awesome exclusive product for discovering how to use short burst interval training to get that beach body minus the hard work. Thank You both so much for pushing me today!!! I used my 8 lbs weights for most of the exercises. A few months ago, I wouldn't of used any weights. Or quit. I did all of this workout, EXCEPT the final one exercise. I will do 100% of it next time! I promise!!! I am starting to notice a difference on the inside of my thighs!!!!! So again! 2nd time doing this workout - SMASHED IT!! I had a sluggish day today - over ate 😞 - I wasn't going to workout today but thank you God for kicking my butt up and making me do this workout. Great workout! I was dripping sweat afterwards and I love the motivational words of encouragement from coach Kozak! It really kept me going when I wanted to give up. My only critique would be for Claudia to be a little more positive and maybe smile more, she is a bit serious and it kind of off sets the positive vibe the coach gives the audience. Other than that, great work!

Doing these workouts at 8pm after chasing our toddler all day can take it's toll on my mood but that just means Coach needs to take over while mama takes a nap, especially on film days. :) Thanks again for your support and I promise more smiles next time!
