Can you guys bring back the Calorie Burn counter in these new workouts? I know they aren’t 100% accurate but it was nice to get a ball park of how many calories burned I got from each workout. Love the new workouts! Keep it up!

These workouts are so amazing. I used to be 187 and have a stomach to now being 173, still a stomach but less! After 3 months i have dropped 14 pounds after realizing i needed to eat less to lose weight. Thanks for the motivation, and great videos! Now im 165, long journey, yet 100% worth it

Before challenging myself with this one, I did three lower impact cardio workouts. I surprised myself by even attempting some of Coach Kozak's movements, but for the most part, I stuck with Coach Claudia's lower impact movements.

I was diagnosed with a transient ischemic attack (which is a TIA) just a couple of years ago. I was so scared that I thought I was going to die. My TIA messes with the brain also I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when I was little it's a little case.So I have to keep active. I have never had anything wrong with me until my TIA and I'm in my 40.
