At the start of may i was a staggering 215 pounds! Now I'm going into my senior year in the 180's, the lowest I've been since middle school! I haven't noticed much physical change, but I sure do love seeing that smaller number on the scale. I'm hoping I start noticing changes soon....thanks hasfit for giving me my life back!!!

This was the longest 45 minutes in my life. Lol. So happy to be back and apart of Hasfit Tribe again. I haven't been here in over a year and let me say that it feels awesome to be back. I have tried other workouts over the past year but none did my body justice as Hasfit did. That is why I am back!!! Miss these workout and the astonishing results I achieved. I am back full force!!! First of all,I want everyone to know that these two are the real deal. I mean I eat extremely healthy but it wasn't until I combined my diet with these workouts that I started to notice a visible difference. Your workouts are amazing, I feel so good after every workout and I really appreciate the after workout cool downs that ya'll provide. Also, Claudia you look sooo good, you do not look pregnant at all lol. I would never have known if I didn't see the gender reveal video.

With sincere gratitude for supplying these workouts. They have been my saving grace during COVID19. I live in a 550 sq ft cottage and I have just enough space in front of my bed to do 99% of these moves. It’s very hard to get motivated these days and being able to just push play and go and knowing these exercises are appropriate for many fitness levels is wonderful! Thank you so very much!

Woke up in a real funk this morning. Dragged myself to this workout and it was TOTALLY worth the effort. Funk gone. Feeling proud of myself. Thank you guys so much. For all your work. You have really added a new dimension to my health routine which was focussed mainly on yoga and some cardio. These workouts have brought into consciousness aspects of me that were dormant. Great workout! I especially enjoyed the warm up moves that activate all the muscles, and the balancing moves in the workout itself. Very important since I'm mid-50s in age and have severe osteoporosis, but I love your workouts! Well Done!

Loved this! I went a little heavy to help build some endurance. (Going back to the pool again, so I am really loving upper body work, esp shoulders and traps!) You are welcomed to take a break to wet your palette with water at anytime during the workout; however, if you're waiting until the workout to drink water then it is too late. Proper hydration must occur 30-60 minutes before your workout in order to benefit from it during the workout. This is why we don't emphasize it during the routine.
