My hips were soooo tight before I did this and they feel so much better now. The perfect thing after a day of sitting at the laptop and being on calls. Thank you!!

Its nice to see a softer 30 minute class from you. Over the years, you've become gentler, naturally.. :)) I am 28 weeks pregnant, experiencing a lot of mid body (hamstring, low back, pelvic area) pain. I'll do this in the morning and let you know how it was. enjoy your trip ❤
