Its nice to see a softer 30 minute class from you. Over the years, you've become gentler, naturally.. :)) I am 28 weeks pregnant, experiencing a lot of mid body (hamstring, low back, pelvic area) pain. I'll do this in the morning and let you know how it was. enjoy your trip ❤
