Here’s a 25 minute psoas and QL release class. Excellent if you w been sitting for a long period of time for work or travel. It’s relatively gentle - but as always, work within a pain-free range of motion and take breaks as needed.

What an excellent flow. Thank you. I have been in so much pain, and this helped. It was also nice to keep flowing. Sustained poses hurt too much.

Candace, I have been practicing your videos for years! I always find them helpful, peaceful, and useful. But this one, hit me differently. I completed this one and immediately burst into tears. I’m also currently working with my therapist about where I hold emotions, and I definitely feel like I leveled up in my body and discovered my hips and lower back are where I hold sadness and anger. The crying that followed this session happened totally organically and once I was finished, I stood up and didn’t feel constant discomfort and pain in my hips and lower back! My body feels capable and at peace in this present moment, which I haven’t felt in nearly 10 years, but no doctors have ever been able to identify why I experience this pain and discomfort. You have totally opened up this part of my body to release these built up emotions and this video will now become apart of my weekly practices! I love you and am so grateful for you! Thank you ❤️❤️
