I am an active fit female that workouts 3-5 times out of the week & let me tell you.. I had to take a couple longer breaks in between because woah 😅 this was one of the toughest hiit workouts I’ve done in a long time. This girl is a beast! I haven't worked out in 5 days, and it felt like I've never moved my body ever. I took breaks too. I paused and said out loud "this is what you get babe, for being lazy" 😑🙃 Humbled me. 🥲🤣🤣🤣

This one was really tough!! I'm a fit female and burned 274 but it was a really good one! There are lots out there that claim the same 500 cal burn but this one was actually a great, tough workout. Great job for anyone who completes it!

I never count how many calories I've burned. I do this workouts because I love them. If you're trying to loose weight, just enjoy the trip. Focus on all the things your body can do, and how stronger you're getting. You need motivation, don't pressure yourself. Enjoy it!😃❤️

Not felt this energized in a long time, my body felt like it really did a good work out, heart rate up etc.. There's something about the combination of fast mountain climbers, tuck jumps , bunny hops and burpies gives that added all over body workout including the core. Keep them coming, you are doing such a good job with these vids. Thanks guys!

Let's do this workout till i reach my goal. Starting from 28/05/2023 Weight: 68kg Height: 5'3 Waist: 32 cm Day 1: Super hard and sweaty but we'll keep on going yayyyyyy! I played some nice kpop songs while exercising to motivate myself. Day 2: Still struggling but i didn't gave up like yesterday. My legs, arms and tummy area are quite sore. We can do itttttttt!

I give myself extra points doing this in 30 degree heat in england with two young children 😳! One of them literally under my feet. The up tempo music during the tougher ones much appreciated as well as this is the LAST ONE notification ♡ This channel is making me consistent with exercise because its so fun to do these.

I just finished this workout and I'm out of breath. I didn't burn 500 calories but I did burn 399kcal. If you guys want to reach the 500 just add jumping rope ☺️

Hands down, one of the hardest workouts i've done in awhile. I workout 5 days a week, usually doing only hiit. I knew I was in trouble on exercise #2 - 50 seconds of mountain climbers. Idk what it was about this one, but wooow. FIRE.

I can never finish a round 😭 I try to do this workout before I lift and it’s by far the most intense HIIT workout I’ve done. I can get through other 30 mins workouts, skipping through the rests. This however… yall did that 👏🏽

Normaly I don't do cardio or thinks like that am even more in lifting weights but the last year I start whit running to train my stamina and push up my cardiovascularity but after a while it's get boring to me so I searched cardio vids an now I'm addicted to your workouts tank you for this 💪🏼🙏❤️

This was really great workout! I was sweating like crazy. According to my apple watch I only burned 280 calories though which was a bit of a bummer. But the workout was still great.

When I read the comments before I started, I thought everyone was joking about bridge hold being a easy and a break compared to every other exercise😂 I love when a workout makes me sweat because it makes me feel like I really pushed myself and this workout did exactly that!! i can only make it to 20 mins so far. But thats an accomplishment for me cause i could only do 10 before. Maybe another week till i build up more endurance for the whole 30 mins!! Loved this workout. No talking, no winded intro or outro. just straight to the workout.

The beginning of round two is CRAZY. It is a killer. I had to take an extra 10 seconds after the first two exercises, and I workout a lot. lol! Liked it though.

This is one of the workouts that makes u feel good... No need to complete the time 30 sec 20 sec even 10 sec ..main thing is u will be flexible and be able to move freely and very good for reducing back injury.. ♥️

I didn't count how much calories I've burned, all I know is that I couldn't breath and once finished I felt so good with my body! I will definitely keep workout through your videos thank you for uploading!

Completed this workout in one go . Few modifications made for few.of the exercises but I m happy that I made it to workout complete part. In 30 mins and in winter season sweat drenched my body.

First time doing this workout, I’m kind of picky with workout videos that you can do at home but this one got me sweating and burned and was all around a good workout ! Definitely got that cardio in with this video

was going really well, followed her pace and took no breaks and all. Felt really proud of myself considering this is only 2nd day doing this workout BUT , just that moment my stomach decided ' hey why not test her with unbearable cramps and see how long shell last ', 16 minutes in and i can't tell if i'm alive or dead.

QUICK TIP TO ALL THOSE INSECURE PEOPLES DOING THIS: EAT. IF. YOU. ARE. HUNGRY. AFTER DOING THIS. Your body will eat itself (it’ll start at muscle, not body fat) if it gets hungry enough, and it’s more likely to do that if your burning up all of the calories you’ve already eaten. This is by far the most intense workout they have. I’ve done all the 20,30,45,50 hiit they have and what makes this one so special is how long the workout is with short rests. I love it but it’s so hard 😭

SUMMER SHRED DAY 3 Done!!! Burnt a little more than 250 calories by the end of this. LOVED IT. Although I am sweating like a pig lol.

I absolutely cannot last 1 minute of / 10 sec off. I end up exhausted. If I do 1 minute on I need at least 30 sec off. That's how I work, nothing against NBA at all. I love the fact that you guys alternate heavier moves with lighter moves and that all of your workouts are absolute fun. xoxo

Have been doing 1-hour workout and lost 5kgs after 2 months. In order not to be bored with any exercise, i'm planning to change workout every 10 days. 14/3 I'm about 55kg. Will come back at 24/4. Do it and leave an emoji everyday, in combination with a healthy diet.

I burned 126 calories doing this workout, but it’s different for everyone keep in mind i did pause more than the given rest breaks and wasn’t able to keep up half as good as she did. I’ll keep doing this workout to see if i can get better and build my endurance. definitely recommend this if you want a challenge !!

Don’t fret with the calories, everyone will burn a different number! Just enjoy the ride because this one is a hardcore sweat! Loved it! Will definitely be part of this month’s routine 😊
