Wow, I got through it... Barely lol. I saw you wrote that it is not knee friendly so I set aside 10kg dumbbells to modify anything I needed into a dumbbell exercise without jumping. Alt. Pike to push-up I did the push-ups alternating on one knee. Pulse Staggered Squats was the only one I used the 10kg dumbbells. I surprised myself being able to do the 180 sumo tap in the kettlebell hiit you released last week, and I was able to them today as well. I took an extra 30 second break before starting Bundle 9. The tuck jump I did jump squats instead. Buddle 10 I was able to do both Burpee variations but... The Prisoner High Knee I just couldn't do them with the hops lol. I did some reps without hops, then I did prisoner squat pulses then did the high knees again maybe hopping a few times lol. Right after the workout, I rewound a bit to jog in place for 30 seconds, and was going to try the Prisoner High Knees again. But I was just too exhausted and told myself I did enough today😅

Holly smokes 🥵 this was super intense, when I thought I had it … I didn’t. This was legs dominant, at least it felt for me. Did I give it my all? Probably not, but I gave it my best with the energy I had in me. The bright side, I can do better next time around 😊 This was a sweat fest!
