Loved this work out! I did the whole thing with light weights but excited to work my way up to using heavier weights. Thanks for always being so encouraging and reminding us we have the choice to do what works best for us in the moment. ❤

Omg I LOVED this!!!!!! I have perimenopause shoulder pain in the mornings and this was perfect cause I’m stretched out but girl you burned my upper body out!!!! I have to remind myself that going really heavy isn’t always necessary!!! ❤
