That did not feel beginner! Lol but I don't do barre so idk. Feels harder than pilates. I feel so long and sleek after.

Love your videos. But with osteoarthritis and a old lumbar injury some of the exercises are not easy. Can they be modified for less stress on the joints and muscles ? Thank you!

Loved this work out! I did the whole thing with light weights but excited to work my way up to using heavier weights. Thanks for always being so encouraging and reminding us we have the choice to do what works best for us in the moment. ❤
