I have never stretched against the wall before and I LOVED it!! I started the beginners yoga series over a year ago when I was very fit, but after a brain tumor & surgery I have lost a lot of what I had. I'm trying to regain my fitness and really want to get flexible, which I've always struggled with. This felt SO good, thank you @Flow With Adee!! I love the slow pace, getting into each stretch as deep as possible.

Hi Adee! I love this new style of video that you’re doing with camera and camera shot of you overhead, and letting us see some of the behind-the-scenes work in the studio with the voiceover. My only suggestion is that you re-position the light in the studio so that there are no shadows on your beautiful face.

I need to start stretching like this more often. I was at work kneeling down on one leg and I got a cramp in my thighs and I couldn’t move my leg because of the cramp in my muscles.

Actually how close exactly are you to the wall? Do you really get as close as possible? I see you said you do not need to touch it, but shouldn't it be as close as possible to optimize the stretch?

If you can't get a 90 degree hip hinge against the wall, is it better to move your butt away from the wall, have your butt raise up off the floor, or bend your knees? Or something else?
