I started picking up jump rope again and i ended up working my hamstrings WAY to hard i couldn’t even walk with going ‘ow’ and this video fixed me up REAL QUICK thank goodness 😭💙💙💙💙

Yes! I did it! It was slightly difficult but I can do the forward fold with both palms on the floor and I managed to do every move. Guess my hamstrings aren't as tight as I thought and that makes me happy. Thanks again for this and I'm adding this to my playlist

Hi Adee! This was a beautiful practice & just the kind of practice I needed for my sore hamstrings. Really loved the different stretches using the blocks & I was finally able to get my entire psalms down on the mat at the end of the practice in the forward fold. Camera placement is everything...make use of that mirror, and set it against the wall at your back, with your tripod closer to narrow the frame, capturing every view on your form and exposing each angle for a more complete demonstration
