Would LOVE more flow routines like this one. :) LOVE the ball under the tailbone, all the stretching, so many ways to use the reformer...sitting in the well, etc!!! Thank you, Vanessa!!!

That eXercise where you sit in the well doesn’t work for short people! Could you recommend a variation for those who can’t reach the posts next time you make a video with this? And could you please, please do more for prevention of Osteo? I just got my test results for my DEXA scan and after doing reformer Pilates 3-5 x a week religiously for 2 years my bone density in my spine has increased! I am so over the moon to see the work pays off. I wish there were more classes for bone strength SPECIFICALLY. I love the two classes you already provide, but I have done them sooo many times I would love another few and maybe 40 minutes. Voilà you asked for requests! Happy New Year! 🥰Thank you for your classes🙏🏻💕

I have a peak pilates reformer . Can you translate my springs please? red two yellows and blues. Excited for the online courses. 🙏

Do you have any suggestions for carpal hand stiffness from texting typing etc. ?

I would recommend wrist stretching and strengthening plus chest stretching and upper back strengthening. You would also benefit from neck strengthening as well.
