Join me and my crew for a 30 minute STANDING FULL BODY WORKOUT with dumbbells to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is a NO WRISTS workout which means no planks, pushups or burpees! There will be squats and lunges included however as this is a FULL BODY routine. You'll see lot of compound moves that will keep your heart rate up the entire time. So grab your dumbbells and let's get sculpting!

This is my favorite type of morning workout. 30-35 min, compound moves. Super sweaty. Loved the no repeat for a change

Wooooo! A good way to start my day and week. I feel stronger already. Truly. Today is the first time I have been able to use my 8 pound dumbbells without straining my neck or switch to a lighter weight. Thank you! I really appreciate your workouts. Went steady as not done weights for a few days as have Shingles. Loving the steps one on the rebounder so at least done something for last few days. Going steady but glad for the workout. It's a mood booster too. Thank you Michelle and crew

Wonderful workout !! Love it so much, never the same, fast pace, all standing. These compound exercices are so so satisfying. Exactly what I needed for my return to sport (small weights😅) after injury in a short time. Once more, once more thxxxxxxxx
