BG, hello from NYC..first and foremost I want to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for changing my life for the better... unfortunately I was just diagnosed with breast cancer 😟..and I am facing a long, challenging road ahead. The unknown is very scary and prayers 🙏 from my three children, family and close friends ( not to mention my strong will and determination) have to remain my main focus during this very difficult time. I will continue to fight and persevere. Please know how grateful I am to you for bringing sunshine, joy , strength and purpose into my life over the last two years. God willing I will be back (hopefully soon) stronger than ever. I know I have to be strong and do what I have to do..but I will say how sad I am that during the hard times that will pass..I will be sad that I will not be able to wake up and start my day working out with you each morning...for you really changed my life for the better. Until next time.. continue to change lives as only YOU can! ❤️🙏👍🌙😇💞

Good morning Tammy. I am so sorry you are going through this. I am two years cancer free and my sister is going through chemo now. The road to recovery is a tough one but the fact you are here now taking care of yourself on the daily means you are a warrior 🤗❤️🤗 It's a day at a time. Sending healing and thoughts forward to recovery. Keep taking care of you the best way you know how 🌈❤️🌈

Workout #2: First I did the recent workout posted the standing HIIT and then this walk which was awesome... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 492 calories and completed 4,050 steps... IT LOOKS LIKE WE MADE IT 🥳

Morning all have a wonderful Tuesday morning #2day of my work out I love it because it's better for me to do it because no jumping hard but my whole body works great I had a lot's of sweating everytime I'll exercises I feel good and I never skip my meal I trust the normal process and I want it to be consistent doing this exercises and someday I will go back my body and have a good shape with healthy body and have a confidence thank you and God bless ❤

How many workouts do you recommend on a day? 2 maybe? Turbo walking plus fat burn cardio or cardio and abs? I am not a big fan of slow toning squats/ lunges workouts.

I would absolutely do two a day ! Bit it all depends on how that makes you feel!
