I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Oh mein Gott, ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll! 😅 wieder neue Moves, direkt gespeichert, mein neustes Lieblings Upper Body workout, genial alle körperzonen des Oberkörpers werden angesprochen, man schwitzt und fühlt mit dir und zieht es durch, am Ende pures Glücksgefühl und absolut brennende Arme, alles an Gewichten ausgekramt von 4 bis 9 kg 😅😂, so happy, danke dir ❤

Ich liebe es das man durch deinen Plan auch immer wieder workouts macht die man bereits zwei drei mal hatte denn dann kann man schauen wie weit man sich verbessert hat oder mehr Gewicht nutzen konnte 🤩🫶 auch dieses workout wieder absolut genial bin Klitsch nass und happy 😂😂😂❤

Кау Кау благодарю за великолепную тренировку! У меня фигура перевернутый треугольник и жир откладывается на спине и руках а тренировки все тренеры дают в основном на ягодицы и ноги🤦‍♀️. Пожалуйста сделайте больше тренировок такого формата! Ещё и без повторов это просто отлично!
