Get ready for one of the best Arm Workouts of your LIFE - all in 30-Minutes! A quick workout is especially important because today (or the day of filming) is Valentine’s Day and I CANNOT spend all night in the gym. So rather than sacrificing sets in the workout, I will simply shorten the amount of time between each set.
This workout will allow you to be in and out of the gym on days that you are pressed for time, without having to sacrifice the pump. This fast-paced workout will challenge you. 30 second rests between each set will give your biceps, forearms, and triceps just enough time to recover before you rep out another set.

A. Tricep Exercises
- Tricep Pushdowns with Handles: 4xFailure
- Dumbbell Skull Crushers: 4xFailure
- Cable Rope Tricep Kickbacks: 4x8-12
B. Bicep Exercises
- Barbell Bicep Curls: 6x8-10
- Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 3xFailure
- Close-Grip Seated Cable Curls: 3xFailure
