The ball workouts are so much more challenging for me than dumbbell workouts. I really felt my inner thighs and hamstrings. Those cookies look delicious!

This was so simple yet effective. I'd love more of this. The Pilates ring worked for the first segment but not the floor work. Did that part with no equipment and I was still wishing the timers weren't 60 seconds.

Woah, this was deceiving! Don't think you're getting a break by not using weights. This was a nice change, and boy, did my legs burn! Especially when we changed from one side to the other in the last half! Loved this, thank you.

I didn’t have a ball, but I did what I always do, which is do something else. There’s always another move. It might not be the right move, but at this point I rejoice in the fact that I still CAN move. Old people rock…just sayin.

You can use a large throw pillow or a slightly deflated soccer ball etc. that is what I have done in the past. But we have sooo many choices with Chris

I did part of this with a pillow since I don’t have a Pilates ball, at the end no equipment at all, still felt. My legs were screaming. ❤❤❤😊

I did part of this with a pillow, part of it with a yoga block, and finished up without any equipment and my legs were on fire! Chris is a great instructor, otherwise I’d never put myself thru this much work!

I need to add more of these type of workouts to my monthly rotation. They have a dread factor because they’re more difficult than traditional strength training for me. I love using the mini ball. It really helps with form and also gives you a nice burn in the right places 😀. Thank you for offering such a variety of classes!

I didn't have a ball. Instead, I used my regina bands and 2lb Pilates ball. Worked perfectly. Thanks, Chris, for another great workout 😊

Just try. When Chris demonstrated a couple of the exercises in this video, I didn’t think i could do it, but I tried, and found I could do it because I tried! I love how Chris is always changing things up to work all our muscle groups and to challenge us. I appreciate all you do Chris! Edit to add: a small playground ball works just fine, not as soft as a pilates ball, but gets the job done.

My first workout back in couple of weeks after our whole house getting the flu and it was perfect! It went quick and definitely felt it! I love how you always change things up.. and I was thankful for no heavy weights today❤

This is a sneaky one… if you’re buns and thighs (specially inner thighs) aren’t burning after this one, you’re either not doing it right or you’re not human. Tomorrow is going to be one of those days I avoid stairs like the plague! Thanks Chris!

This was great! I love to use the ball! I did workouts like these during and after pregnancy and they were great. They feel good. Also, an ad cut off the last minute of the video, I do these in the after party. I know the ones with licensed music will, but have never had that happen before. Just wanted to let you know in case KZbin was doing something it shouldn’t. Did not ruin my workout tho!!!

I felt like Goldilocks and the 3 balls! I started with my 10 lb weight ball because it was small, but it was hard and couldn’t get much squeezing in. Then I got my granddaughters ball which was much too soft and under inflated. The 3rd choice was the pillow or a 10lb weight for the last segment. My glutes and abductors were screaming! Thanks as always!

So happy I found this particular lower body workout in the CDorner Fitness collection because I think it’s perfect for what my body needs today. I definitely did this when it “premiered” and doesn’t feel like two months ago when we had the raisins discussion, I remember looking into whether or not I should keep raisins refrigerated 😆!

I was so intrigued by this ball workout, I purchased one for $9.99. Super glad I did, as it helps with form during the squats. It’s also fun. Thanks for the creativity in mixing things up. I’m sure it takes time to research and assemble these moves.

I swapped this workout for today's leg workout once I saw we'd be using GLIDERS ... argh... LOL... they are not my thing and I am so happy that Chris has so many options we can select from and not just skip over that day ;-) GREAT workout !

Wow hat was tough. I got cramp in my hamstrings for the lifting hips and up on toes 😮. Tuesday 23.01.2024. I definitely need work on my thighs and bottom. So this was great. Off to do 30 mins cardio now. Thank you Chris

This was awesome!! Do it if you haven't my hamstrings really felt it and felt like they were really being worked bc of the constant squeeze of the ball. Glad I have 3 kids to steal toys from lol

I used a playground ball for this workout and it worked pretty well. A couple times during the donkey kick leg lifts it wanted to slide out 🤣. I really loved this workout because there was a couple moves in here that my physical therapist told me to do to strengthen my hips and my inner thighs to help support my knees, so thank you so much for adding in moves I should be doing more often😆.

I didn’t have a ball either so I found another butt and thigh workout with bands and dumbbells. It nearly killed me but not quite and I did think for a moment you’d forgotten to change legs 😮 yes as Sharinslend said, old people rock 😊

I got myself a Pilates ball so I could try this one. I don’t know if it’s my thick thighs or slippery leggings but I kept losing my ball! I ended up deflating it a little and that helped. Great workout and I love trying new things!

This was "special"! Used my kid's small volleyball. Then, for last hamstring section didn't use it bc kept bouncing away. (My pants may be too slippery!) It was a fantastic challenge. thanks 👍👍
