Love it! Finally got my bands in so I used this vid for their maiden voyage, haha :) I could only use the bands for about 3/4 the video (even though I was using the 4th "tightest" band, it just got too slippery!) but the bootaay is still feelin' it! (P.S. Do you think the band would slide less if I wore long pants? I tend to sweat a lot during workouts so I think that's what was causing it starting sliding all over halfway through, haha.)

They can be tricky for sure! Try pants out if you sweat and be sure to keep enough resistance on them the whole time by keeping your feet wide. I find that when I bring my feet in closer than hip distance and then back out again it will sometimes roll up. What bands do you have? The thicker they are the less likely they will roll... but if they do roll up you’ll still feel the resistance, it’s just annoying I know!

Hi! Tried this workout with my boyfriend today and both mostly feel the leg lift exercises in the standing leg glute. Are we doing something wrong?

Tried this one today 😊. I used it as an add-on to my other 25 minute workout with 2 and 3kg (4.4 and 6.6lbs) dumbbells This one was really nice and full of torturing pleasure 😁and I enjoyed every moment of it!. Isn't it the best way to start your Monday morning with😁? I used my 2 kg (4.4lbs) dumbbells and this was burning and challenging 😊. Thanks a lot for the workout!
