First off.... WOAH! Very intense workout, while still being easy on the joints! After recovering from a 5th metatarsal fracture, and not being able to do many workouts on my feet, this kicked my butt! I'll definitely be doing more of these workouts to build my strength back in my legs and abs!

I did these barre videos during my whole pregnancy. They were always so hard and I fatigued so fast I thought it was just because I was pregnant. Now I’m 9 months pp and I’m still dying during these videos 🤣 I love them!

Did this workout and I just had lowerback surgery last Thursday.Good thing is that I didn't have to bend foward durring the workout.And I really didn't want to be a couch patatoe .And I really felt the burn upper body and lower body!!! thanks Larie💪🔥👍🥵🙂

This workout has been a staple for me ever since I had my surgery good thing for me is that u don't have to hinge your back forward.Each and Everytime this workout is a burnner!!!! I love your videos Larie!💗 I recommend them to my students in between workouts. I was wondering if you have a video featuring the mini stabilization ball? I'm trying my class -about half this week with blow up balloons to see how it goes, in hopes we can add balls to the studio. We will use them for abs between the thigh/feet, glute Bridges at the thigh, plank, chair,& hamstring raises/fire hydrant. you are such a pro though -I would love to see how you would do it.. Hoping the girls just don't have a party with them. 😆

Ahhhhhh I do not have a video posted YET. I used to teach classes with these props all the time! If it’s what I’m thinking of, they’re like mini bosu balls. I’ll have to order some and make a video, these are very fun to use and adds the extra challenge! I haven’t filmed in awhile because I’ve had a terrible virus- but will get on it as soon as I’m not coughing 😷
