I am 60 years old and belonged to a gym for 35 years. Even when I was in my 20s and moving all over the country as a traveling nurse, I still joined a gym. Since last year I tore my right meniscus and then COVID hit. So for the first time I quit my gym and started using youtube videos. I love Sydney's work outs and that I can pick and choose which one is right for that specific day. I love that I can do it when its convenient for me right here in my home, no driving, parking, and working my day around the class at the gym and its free! Although I am not doing the intensity I use to do, I am doing it more frequently and consistently. Its particularly convenient being I am a night shift hospital nurse, working 12 hour shifts but different schedule every week. I love Sydney's cheerful upbeat attitude and motivation talks. Her work outs are perfect for me. Thank you Sydney.

I’ll be doing this workout for two weeks and tracking my results. Lets hope i keep this up! Day 1: I was dead within 5 minutes 😭and my butt was on fire the entire way through Day 2: i was still dying throughout the workout but definitely didn’t hurt as much. Day 3: still dead but getting used to it Day 4: it didn’t hurt nearly as much, i could get through a lot more of the workout without stopping

This was a great burnout! I did a heavy band and burned 200 calls! Pls remember that when you are down with your forearm down in the third exercise that you keep your core engaged aka not shoulder to face like she did!

I am a digital nomad traveling the world. You can only imagine how difficult it is to balance my fitness with this lifestyle. I relocate every 2-3 weeks, so that means that whenever i arrive to a new city i have to spend a few days assessing where i am going to workout, how much, how far it is... its a STRUGGLE. I have usually disliked youtube workouts very much since i like gyms or outdoors spaces (considering i work at home all day). Great work out nice change ups..I'm 65 years old..had back surgery 2 years ago..love the bands..started slow after recovery.using only my body wright...bands give a good resistance..amazing the strength and definition of my muscles..can't say enough to SLOWLY build up to the resistance..getting your body..strength..core and for especially as you age..BALANCE..thank you sooo much..I'm a fan now and appreciate that you share your video..

I'm a cross country athlete who competes in college and I find this workout very beneficial especially in the glutes and the hips. Long distance runners need strong hips, thighs, glutes to help prevent knee injury and be stronger in the legs. Appreciate it.

For anyone who is curious about this work out!!; I have been doing this every other day for about a month now with medium / heavy resistance bands. I have noticed that my legs are MUCH more toned and I also have more hip/ upper thigh muscle and plump. My butt is tighter but most of the burn and gain is in my legs. Either way though, this work out, while being light, is very helpful and effective!

Sydney I have been following your workouts, particularly this workout video, for the past few months and it has been challenging but wonderful. I started my fitness journey with trying to clean up my eating habits then I incorporated at home workouts. When I started working out at home, I would just do 3 (10 count) reps of about 3-5 movements. Now look at me following along with you for a full 30 minutes!!! Thank you for shinning your light on this platform so that people like me can get into the rhythm of physical fitness. I love the band workouts and cycle through your playlist but this video is my favorite! I have no memorized these moves and can workout alone without the video. I prefer to work out alongside you though haha I love your encouragement because it makes a world of difference. I have been working on my inner monologue and trying to be more encouraging with myself so having you model those positive thoughts has also been great for my mental health. Again, you are a magnificent star and deserve all the success that you have accomplished and all that is to come!

This was amazing!!! I am thinking about stopping my gym membership because I always get put off by the walk to the gym as it is quite far for me and takes 40 mins to walk in total, but this workout gave me hope that I can work out at home and get the same or better results than the gym! booty and legs on fire thanks for a great workout! I’m dripping haha! shower time 😂
