I love a glute band workout. As a matter of fact, one of your leg band only (no weights) 30 min workouts from many moons ago is my go-to when I’m on vacation and my legs are always so sore!!! I wish every day was a glute day, lol. I’m still far from my glute goals but I’ve made so much progress from where I was. So so grateful for these free workouts.

I definitely needed this type of leg workout. My knees have been a little snappy lately. Not sure why, but was certainly happy to have a little lighter workout. It definitely burned so no matter what your muscles need changes here and there!!! Happy Wednesday!!!

Are you sure to keep your knees behind your toes all times? I made that form mistake and would get clicks in my knees all the time which led to pain everytime. Hope this helps if it's the case, else happy workout!
