So. I started with beginners upper body. Moved on to different videos of yours. Now just threw this in the mix. This just whooped my butt! Today I will be doing this one in memory of most beautiful & loyal Bordie Collie "Turbo", like your gorgeous dog he would lay down right next to me with every workout routine I did. After a magical 14yrs we had to say goodbye to him a few days ago & I have been finding it really hard to do my exercise without him. I will try hard for Turbo today. 😪

Brother, that workout just whooped my ass. Finished the whole workout. Actually jumped rope on the cardio breaks. Max HR at 186 bpm. Did most dummies exercises with 40s, except for biceps(25s), and tricep overhead (35lb kettle). 10-12 reps per exercise, including push-ups. Thank you.

Hey Bahds, love these work outs. Coming to the end of month 3 dailys. This one is great. More lime these please with the cardio being the same throughout. I find it easier to focus on the strength exercises that way. Great job, keep it up. Whitby, Ontario.

I decided to take the first half easy as I had my 1st Covid-19 jab yesterday and wasn't sure how I'd be. By the 2nd half I was pumping those weights and pushing hard the cardio. Broke into a sweat so I feel I have achieved some exercise today. I guess I will find out sooner or later if I over did things. Great workout 💪

Love this combo heart and strength. I still have a belly DJ. And I haven’t lost any weight but I can tell I’ve gotten stronger. I’m 59. Any suggestions on losing more fat. I am going to begin the LnT on Monday the 7th. And I just became a yearly member

For belly fat loss, you might want to try brisk walk during the day for about an hour in addition to this workouts. Also, pay attention to your sugar consumption, especially alcohol if you drink. Most stubborn belly fat are the result of alcohol.

The first time I watched this video, I followed the dog's routine. Then I remembered that "fluff" looks better on him. LOL! This is one of my favorite workouts. I rotate it with my others & do this once a week & I see the results. Much gratitude!

RDL and deadlift looks same. Any difference?

Yes. With RDL everything happens at the hips to focus the movement on the Hamstrings. With deads you'll still perform a small amount of squatting. It's easier to see the difference when you're using a barbell.
