You include everyone with what you say and do continually throughout the workout. You are not a fanatic that has to prove you have the toughest workouts on utube. But you do encourage us to strive to reach our potential and your workouts are tough. Your workouts are more likely to be followed for a long time. I worked up a good sweat and used 10 lb weights because that’s all I have.

I've been doing your workouts on a regular basis since the pandemic since I couldn't go to my gym. I feel so much stronger and I finally can feel my core. Your diastasis recti workouts were mind- blowing for me. Until then, I felt like I had no abdominal wall to develop. I recommend it to all my friends, men and women alike. Thank you, Amy, for your frequent posts and your efficient workouts. I'm so grateful for your workouts!

I really really needed this. First HIIT with you in a month. I lost my mother to Covid on 12/13 and the initial grief, trauma took a toll on my body. I walked in nature, did yoga ... felt good to be able to really move my body today, including some modifications that I am always grateful you provide.

This was a great workout! It was fun and easy to follow. I really appreciate that none of the moves were over complicated, so I was able to work hard for the full interval. I also really appreciated that the workout wasn't heavy on lunges or planks, as I have hardware and a tissue graft in one of my feet that prevents me from bearing weight on flexed toes without pain & swelling. I've been doing your workouts for several years and recommend your channel to a lot of moms trying to live healthier. Thank you!

I absolutely love this workout! I did each first round with weights and the second round with my kettlebell. The cardio moves are just perfect! My heart rate stayed up the whole time making this terrific HIIT! Awesome!!!💪👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Challenging, but doable. I had to slow down sometimes, but didn't go with my lightest weights, either. At 65, I was happy to get all the way through, though I admit to creating my own bonus move. Thanks for less up and down--a reason I've skipped trying other workouts. Any short standing Pilates coming? I love the 10 minute Pilates cardio, & would like some new moves, too!
