I thought I would miss the longer workouts too. After sticking with this since day 1, I really don't think it's necessary to pound your body for 50 to 60 minutes like that. Sydney's workouts in RC90 have been very effective. I do realize that you have to combine them with good nutrition to get the best effect. I used to try to "burn off" the extra calories by doing hour or more workouts and it really doesn't work. I would feel great after the workout, but not change the eating habits. Eventually I would burn out or get hurt and quit for a few weeks. No results. Thank you Sydney for all of your great workouts and motivation.

You’re right! If the workout is longer, I’ll slow the pace a bit but it is ALLLL nutrition! If we are in a race with calories and create a relationship with food where we are always trying to burn it off, it can become toxic to the way we view HEALTH in general! Food helps us perform and stay active and achieve our goals if we focus on eating nutrient dense food and staying active!

I love the format of 30-40 minutes. I feel like I definitely put forth more of an effort from minute one in these short duration workouts compared to the 50-60 minute ones. This was a killer workout. I am going to make this Saturday a good one!

Hi All! I am doing it on 11/20 as I don't have time for a 60 mins workout. Still feeling pumped nevertheless. The forearm plank and dip was awkward for me for sure but I still did it. Thanks so much Sydney for keeping us inspired and keeping the workouts new and spicy everyday. I loved the seated shoulder press a lot today. I didn't know my knees would hold up but like you always say, I trusted myself and they did. See you all tomorrow now!

Me too!! My balance and my dip was horrible! Didn't get a chance to do that many reps because I was trying to get in the right form. My new thinking is its challenging but I'm trying and one day we'll get it right from constantly trying!💪
