I started doing this workout every day for a full week, and it was insane how fast I could see the results. Moving into the second week, I was able to do less of the modifications and more of the advanced. Now I can go through the whole workout without doing any of them! I am so happy, and I feel amazing afterward as well, so that's a plus. I now combine this workout with some of their HIIT workouts, and it's going great. Thanks, guys

Out of shape Dad, stumbled upon Juice & Toya a few weeks ago, have done 10 min abs, 15 min step, 20 min strength and now this one. love their simple straightforward approach, love the on-screen timers esp "total time remaining," love no equipment needed, love the "what's coming next" demos and and **LOVE** the no talking during the workout!! Seriously, never seen a workout where the coaches aren't yakking away, so distracting lol. Thank you Juice & Toya!!!

I get up at five to go to work as it is. I am not going to be all sweaty and yucky before work or get up earlier to take a shower and then get ready. I am, however, coming home from work, and before I even sit down, I roll out my mat, pick a video I want to try, and like Nike says, JUST DO IT!! This one kicked my ahem. Keep it up!

I DID IT!!!!! I’m a thirteen year old. I’ve been trying to build some muscle for mountain biking and some insecurities. It was very difficult! I just hope I can keep doing it everyday!

We appreciate all the thought that went into how you introduce each exercise and progress with sound notifications too. this was the first video i ever watched from you guys. i started my fitness journey around november of last year and i am always coming back to you two!! love the format of your videos, love your guy’s attitude and that you don’t approach fitness in a toxic way. rather than titling your videos with a misleading “lose weight with just this one workout!” or something like that, you offer genuine routines for people to try! i love that you offer modifications because you understand that not every day is the same. you meet people where they are in their lives and i think that rules. so thank you for the motivation, videos, and everything else!

I want to say thank you for your channel! I live in rural KY… only thing to do in the evening other than eat is go to Walmart 🤣unless you live for the outdoors or horses… which is my passion! That being said we are blessed to have a gym to go to, though it’s not very advanced with equipment… I usually write my own workouts but needed a change…I’ve been doing y’all’s videos for about 2 weeks now consistently and LOVE THEM! I love the variety, the beats, the clear instructions and the fact that y’all get right to it… and not so much talking! Don't know if anyone will read this but here's an update since my previous comment: When I started doing this workout I couldn't even get through the whole video. But I kept it up and now I'm doing it daily (I still find it burns though haha). I would usually struggle with some of the isolations but I just kept thinking 'if I can get through it now it will be easier next time'. And sure enough it got easier the more I did it, so keep persevering!!! And shout out again to Juice and Toya for making an excellent workout 👍

I love love love the whole format of this training. Very open space, clear instructions, sound indications, and progress bars. I also love that you all included the muscle groups that would be targeted for each workout. Putting up a preview of the next workout is genius because often I have to rewind to understand how to do a workout. Plus, even though you all were blurred in the background, we could still see clearly what the exercise was. Then to top it off, I usually have to do separate warm up and cool down videos, but you all took that extra step away!!! I will definitely be returning 😊 (ps. The little dancey dances in between were so cute and keeps my spirits up 🥺❤️)

Week 1, Day 1 [24/10/22]; Workout completed! I'm literally shaking, but I feel so proud of myself because I didn´t need to stop for more time and could do all the exercises; I felt muscles I didn't even realize I had BURN. Loved it :). Not gonna lie, 'consistency' must be the most challenging part for me and I really appreciate that it is the main focus of this week. NOTE: You've got this! One day at a time, this is the best way to show yourself some love and feel proud for how far you've got, even if it's just a bit. :)

Trying to do this for 30 days Day1 ✅ Day2 ✅(I noticed I got tired before getting to exercises relating to abs 😅, so I decided to break the routines. I did for Arms and shoulders today.) Day3 ✅(Focused on Abs, I noticed the abs workout wasn't intense but I did some plank and pull ups to supplement) Day 4✅(Rest) Day 5✅(Did arm,shoulders and abs routine, it feels a lil bit easier now😂😂😂)

Got started a day late, but still managed to get back on track. Another great workout! I was able to do all exercises, except the pushup to pike without doing the modified version. So proud of myself, I have made improvement since the last challenge, week 1, day 1 complete.

Week 1, day 1: Goal: lose weight and be better at jui jit su Current weight: 116 Current age: 12 Current height: 4 11 Notes: I struggled through a lot but made it to the end successfully! ☺️ Week 2, day 2: Note: I still struggled but it felt a lot faster than before so I think I’m improving! Week 2, day 3: Notes: Great improvement! Obviously still struggling but I am doing way better and am excited to work out!

Week 1, Day 1 [24/04/23]; Workout completed! It's been a while since I worked out and I must say that this feels like going back all over again to the beginning with the difference that now I know that I can do this and that all I need is consistency, and perhaps a lot of water. Never mind the shaking, it is just my body showing excitement about taking care of it once again. Let's enjoy this journey!

@@whoareyou7835I finished the challenge and I could definitely see an improvement! My posture improved, my measurements decreased (I even looked healthier, more "toned"), I felt much more energetic, I lost a little weight (not much due to a hormonal issue but nothing that can't be treated with a good diet). I totally recommend it :)

Honestly, this is a really perfect work out for me. I have a connected tissue disorder so it’s really difficult to find a workout that isn’t just Pilates that encompasses the full body and the power that it can hold and create from itself. Can’t wait to be doing this alongside my PT and Pilates Thank you for not Prioritizing overstretching or no stretching at all. found the perfect Goldilocks area

Because you can feel you're doing real work on the body, yet something about your style + music and variations makes it a calming workout for the mind, almost meditative. Summer hit me hard since I've been busy working, babysitting, and sleeping haha. I haven't worked out in over a month and I really let myself go in terms of healthy eating. Now that I'm less busy, I'm leaving this comment here to remind myself to keep pushing! Sure, I shook like a category 5 hurricane while doing the pushups, but in another month I'll be killing it! To those who are wondering if it works : Yes. Yes it does. I have been doing it for roughly a year now? Or 10 months? But yes it does work wonders! This was the first strength training I've ever done when I discovered that cardio wasn't enough. But I didn't have any equipment that time but thankfully I found this!

Are those new beats I hear? Love them. Toya leading the advanced: Love! The outfit color scheme: love it. The workout: LOVE IT! One thing I don't love is the term "prisoner squat." I've made this comment elsewhere, too, in the fitness world. I think we can think beyond such terms, be more creative. The language we use has power. There are seemingly small changes we can make that reflect a society where no human being is imprisoned, thrown away or disposable.

i did it!!!! although i had to follow the modifications for all the plank exercises and the pushups i took extra break only once to adjust my mat and i feel incredible thank a lot juice and toya you always motivate me to stay consistent

Week 1, Day 1 ( 10/24/22 Excited to start!! I was happy to hear that my husband wanted to start this journey together!! I was able to do some exercises without the modification and others I had to modify. It an amazing feeling when we were done. My husband loved it. We can't wait for tomorrow!! 🙂👏

I absolutely love this workout!!! I love the varations of workouts and overall energy you guys give off. The pacing is easy to follow as well as I can go faster or slower if needed. As someone with ADHD working out does help, but at times I can find myself getting extremely distracted even while working out, however your video is so simple to follow. I love that I can play my owm music over top it to maintain focus while still getting a killer workout. I really enjoy the fact you have a warm up and cool down in your video as sometimes I jump right into it then wonder why the next day I can't move lol. I'm honored to get gains with you guys keep it up as well as anyone reading this in the comment section, you are all doing fantastic!

Okay guys, ill try this workout for a week, day 1, 19/04/2024, gonna update what happend after 2-3 days. Upd for 21/04/2024 After 3 days what happened to me, on the first day I was very motivated to continue doing this and I did everything crookedly but tried to do my best, day 2, ALL my legs and arms hurt, but after warming up I came to my senses, on the third day I probably killed my body because my body is a little swollen and I can’t move normally without pain

Day 1: i can barley stand up after doing the workout and im feeling that my leg transformed into stone 😅 Day 2: my leg was hurting as day 1 but still i completed the workout and the pain of my leg has started more 😅 Lets see if i can complete the workout tomorrow or not 😅
