I've been on a boxing/kickboxing kick (pun not intended!) this week, but felt I needed to get a little strength in to finish up the week - this was excellent, every move provided a nice burn (& it felt good to pick up some dumbbells again) & thanks for the reminder about the traps...that is definitely a bad habit I have, so I was extra mindful of that in this workout!
@KittyHugFitness5 жыл бұрын
It's so easy to bring the traps in, especially when we start getting tired! ^____^ I'm so happy that you're making sure to add strength into your booty kicking! And...kicking kicking XD. lolol

Can't wait to try this. Had an operation two weeks ago, so I've been out of action, but this will be high on my list for after Christmas. Cheers Kat and have a wonderful Christmas
@KittyHugFitness7 жыл бұрын
Oh my goodness! What kind of operation did you have? I hope you have a swift recovery ^____^. And if you need a Netflix show - my go-to is always Parks and Recreation XD. I'm happy that you'll be back to kicking booty soon!! Keep pozzie
@mrkingskintim7 жыл бұрын
Kat Musni Fitness I had Vasectomy reversal lol. So it was planned, and very painful..back up and working though after two weeks of watching the walking dead. Well give parks and recreations a go though! Lol citrate to writhing it again real soon. I've missed it!
@KittyHugFitness6 жыл бұрын
Oh man, owwwwwiee!! I'm glad you're feeling better! I love love love The Walking Dead! Er, the first 5 seasons. People call the filler episodes character development but in comparison a whole lot of stuff happens in Game of Thrones with character development. What's your favorite season? Yay!!! Lemme know how you like P&R! ^____^
@mrkingskintim6 жыл бұрын
Kat Musni Fitness hey Kat! Just started season six. Before walking dead I watched Dexter (for a second time around - just as good as the first time I watched it) so the walking dead is very slow going. Still enjoying it though. Parks and recreations will be after that. All healed and better now and did your gun show last weekend. We will back doing another gun show tomorrow morning - it's all about them guns! Have you seen Dexter? It's by far my favourite box set and totally worth getting into if you've never seen it

Great workout! Weight bearing exercises protect our bones from demineralization, especially women. By age 35 women typically stop making "new bone". Exercises with weights protects us from osteoporosis among other things.

Hii , how many pounds dumbells you used? And is it ok a full body workout 3 times in a week ? If i want to lose fat , I need cardio with these workouts:( ?
@KittyHugFitness6 жыл бұрын
I used 20, 15, and 10 pound dumbbells for this workout! It's totally okay to do full body workouts 3x/week if that is what works best for your schedule and your goals! As for fat loss - it's all about calories in/calories out. Cardio is going to make it easier to burn off calories which will result in fat loss if you are at a caloric deficit. Cardio has amazing other benefits though that shouldn't be overlooked like building endurance to help you do things throughout your day without burning out and making your heart stronger!

Kaaaaaaaaat rooooooaaaaaaaaar 😻😻😻😻😻I miss you❤ So my knee is recovering slowly but well, I can't wait to join you again😽 I just have one request, would you please tell the alignment/adjustment of the movements so I don't hurt myself again 😿 like how to stand and how to put my feet on the floor when squatting/deadlifts, and how to get rid of flappy arms and back fat with dumbbells without hurting my back as I feel pain in my lower back after my I finish 😥
@KittyHugFitness7 жыл бұрын
RAWWWRRR!! Make sure you are engaging your core (also known as bracing - squeeze your core as if you are getting ready for someone to punch your stomach) in all of your movements. As for deadlifts and squats - the best way to learn them would be to look up a video as I don't have any on my channel at the moment! I recommend Alan Thrall. He gives really good advice and cues as to how to do the movements correctly and safely. For flappy arms - you'll want to build the muscle and in order to see the definition, that comes from your diet. Keep going!
