I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Crushed it!! Went to 20 pounds for weighted planks. I didn't think I could last I did!! 🎉 really listened and absorbed what you said in your Instagram post yesterday!! Needed to hear that the last couple of weeks have been going hard working out but being a little less in the nutrition part. Today is a new day and a new goal to stay focused and remember why I started 2 years ago I didn't do all is this for nothing! I did it to be happy, healthy and strong. There are bumps in the road but I will be driving over that bump and get through it! Thx Sydney . Once again you get to me to STAY GROUNDED

Planks have always been my nemesis! Today 1st set - small pause. 2nd set NO pause! 3rd set - 8# dumbbell at my back NO break! Shaking like a leaf but I did it!! Woot! Digging deeper and getting into the best shape of my life at 56! Thank you Sydney!

Fantastic as always! The planks woman! I'm dead! lol. Added in 3 reps of calf raises as the end. My pesky calves are difficult to make pop, working on them on the side. :) Appreciate all you offer us. I did drop 1 knee for 3 seconds on that last plank, full disclosure but I didn't drop fully. I had a back injury 2 years ago and have struggled with a lot of fear of pushing myself too much in a workout that could aggravate it again. That held me back a lot. I’ve overcome most of it but planks on my toes were always a big fear, even though before my injury I was doing those for a minute and a half at my best. For the first time in 2 years, I just did a plank on my toes for 45 seconds. That encouragement from Sydney during it was exactly what I needed!

I had planned on doing at 630 but a thunderstorm woke me and I couldn't get back to sleep for ages and then slept through my alarm and woke up so tired and with a headache. I was so close to abandoning the idea all together but I squeezed this in on my break. For the first time I did weighted setups without having to move the weight off my chest on the way up. I surprised myself and my sweat was dripping sweat but I'm now so delighted I did it. You never regret a workout. Thanks Sydney 💪#feelingstrong

I'll echo what Sydney was saying at the end. I only have a limited set of weights at home. Life is what it is. But slowly over the past few months, I've gotten to the point with a lot of movements where I've sort of maxed out how much extra intensity I can add with what I have. So, new weights on the way, but in the mean time, I decided to just challenge my grip and try holding two at once. No, it's not particularly safe and it's not the right technique, but I was able to get a lot more weight moving and for more reps than I thought I would today. The barrier is often in the mind rather than in the muscle. Don't be afraid to get to failure. Thanks Sydney for encouraging me to try that little extra! (commenting for the algorithm)

Crushed it❤ I wasn’t sure if I was going to do this today because I did a 12km run Saturday and my legs are still recovering 😅. I haven’t done a 12k since about 7-8 years ago, maybe even 10. But I went in with the goal of finishing and I did at 1:36 33 . Since it wasn’t a leg day today, I pushed through anyways and I’m so glad that I did. Even if I didn’t, I knew that I wasn’t going to be hard on myself about missing a workout. Really loved the ab circuit. I didn’t add any extra weights each round but instead, I did slow and focused on the bicycles. They hurt but felt amazing at the same time. Great workout everyone ❤
