what I like the most about your workouts is that you always alternate the intervals and also the structure of every workout. there's nothing more boring than all the "fitness influencers"-videos' that are either 45/15 oder 30/15 ALL the time (let alone that your exercises are more than just squats or punches!). Glad that you do what you do, since the very beginning of your youtube career!

I felt really meh coming into this workout, but I pushed myself into higher weights because Sydney was. The first 4 moves were rough. Then I flipped a switch and ended the workout feeling so much better! Thats the reason Sydney will forever be the most amazing trainer🎉❤

That full body work today was fire!! I am sweaty from head to toe and dripping! Loved the 30 mins on a Saturday to get in work hard and get on with the day. Took my time getting to the workout today and allowed my body to rest the majority of the day. I was really able to focus in and work hard through each circuit and rep because of it.
