Perfect time for this video. I was looking for a new 30 minute workout for this beautiful Friday afternoon in SC. I like when you tell us what weight you are using. And believe me it is only for a reference. I cannot come close to the weights you use. For this workout I used 20, 25 & 30 lbs dumbbells. I don't have kettlebells. Love this 30 minute workout. Now I'm going to do your 8 minutes tabata abs workout. Thanks JTM.

Your EMOM 20 min workout that you posted some time back (4 kettlebell exercises per minute) is STILL my everest, with a 20kg weight. Great stuff, I use tons of info from your workouts and creating mine with different combos to make them interesting.
