This is just awesome. As a 51 year old mountain biker my hips and lower body are so tight. Doing this workout, along with your previous 10 minute mobility workout from a year ago, one after the other is perfect. Really great thank you!

I had to rewind a lot because I didn't understand the exercise before I saw it. So maybe demo one rep during the rest period. I had no idea what hollow body or whatever meant until I saw the exercise. Never the less, great video

The foreign text on your leg says “I have a vaginas”. Why is it plural?

Very recognizable 🙂↕️ On the other hand; I always went to 110% but by watching and hearing from educated people in sports and fysioligy (correctly spelled? 🤔) I learned that to get a right recovery balance next to a busy working and social life you certainly must do the 70% trainings. But off course with the right form 😇 I actually experienced it. Greetz from Holland 🇳🇱and keep up your good work on your excellent channel 💪🏻

Most definitely. Killing ourselves in the gym needs to be strategic and in moderation✅✅✅
@roydenmills91347 күн бұрын
I honestly think people haven’t seen enough examples of what actual training is. They think that going to the gym is listening to music and talking and then lifting something heavy every four or five minutes. I’m 53 and I’m killing it five times harder than anyone else in the gym every time I’m there. I think people just don’t understand what hard training is or effective training is.

I totally agree with you. I always give it 100% effort, even on the last rep as I know the feeling of walking out of there will be good 😅 and that’s what I’m chasing!!

To me from clean the logical movement is thruster then the lunges, or adding squat between clean and should press.

I used to have lazy days because of injuries. I look at is as glass half full - many people are either going to do light exercise or no exercise, so light exercise is best. My only pet peeve is girls walking on treadmill then doing that thigh-squeeze thing that does nothing
@jtm_fit8 күн бұрын
Hahaha, I just saw a girl yesterday do just that. There’s certainly a time and place for lazy days. For some that’s all they can do which there is absolutely nothing wrong with. If it’s someone’s objective to not work very hard then there’s nothing wrong with that either.

Yeah about 75% of people are wasting their time in the gym and you can tell. Plus the additional people that don’t take diet seriously

It’s certainly a victory that a lot of people are trying not to doubt about. Of course there is always room to improve, be better and do more. Unfortunately, many people lack the proper guidance and or are afraid to ask for it

I tell my 25 year old son all the time - 'you can beat 95% of people at ANYTHING by pure hard work, the last 5% is a dogfight!' People are just not prepared to work hard these days. I found in my gym training days (I'm 64 so tend to do it at home now, I cant stand all this younger generation video for socials bollocks, women walking around half naked and crying if anyone even glances in their direction ffs, it's not a fashion show, you are their to WORK HARD) that successful hypertrophy was all about how much pain you could withstand during the particular movement. I had a high pain tolerance, in fact I LOVED the pain because I knew it meant results down the line! Bring the pain man, it feeeels soooo good!

Hard work can definitely get us far in life. There are definitely some good hard working gyms out there but they are fewer and farther between. Good to hear you’re keeping your son in check!

If it was easy, everyone would do it. You can come up with a million excuses not to do something when all you need is one reason to do it. People need to get comfortable being uncomfortable. These are principles I learned early on in wrestling.

I like the heavy weights, but I dont understand how it makes sense to use the same weight for each of these lifts. You can deadlift far more than you can push press
