I said to myself that I was tired and was going to take it a bit easier…. As I started moving I got more motivated and actually pushed myself really hard! Just getting started gets me in the mindset to keep it going and challenge myself. I always say “it’s only 30 seconds you can do this” for every exercise and it’s true! I can! I did not have the energy. I was laying in bed, contemplating TV and laziness. But I realized I was bored. When I'm 'bored,' I know I can make time for 30 minutes to move my body and I am so glad I did. I'm still tired, but I feel accomplished rather than bored.

I used to think that 30-minute workouts were too short and that I wasn't going to get enough out of them. I found that I was just watching the clock and pacing myself to make it to 40 minutes because, in my head, that was what mattered. I have switched to 30 minute workouts since mid December and I am pushing myself more and I am far more satisfied at the end.

Same here I underestimated 30 or even 20 minutes workout but I started doing them in November and December and they are amazing and efficient especially when you are busy. Also, good job for choosing workouts that suits you and for finishing this workout keep it up 💪🤜

I thought, I don't feel like working out and I don't have time but I had creatine and BCAA's ready in a cup, workout clothes laid out waiting for me and so that helped ease me into it. After about 10 minutes of working out my kids were up and I told myself, I will continue right after I drop them off at school. And I did! I broke the workout up into two chunks and it worked great. I feel good. The moral of the story 5 minutes of preparation and manageable chunks = success. Amen

Oh my arms!! My husband was using one of my dumbbells for something that I normally use for chest press. It forced me to go up! Got 2 out of 3 rounds heavier with chest pressed and then failure early in the 3rd and had to grab a lower one. But it showed me I need to start using these heavier ones first!

Initially I thought I would have to take a break from the workouts but I tried it a couple of days and I still had energy so I continued and didn’t take a break and still felt great.
