I really tried to push myself with this workout, added some weights to the medium resistance band I used and this was so killer, the last set felt like it lasted forever LOL, so good, love working glutes!

The word "clinch" totally changed the way I did that glute bridge pulse. I felt it much better just by you using clinch instead of squeeze. Thank you for always helping us make that mind muscle connection!

Crushed this glutes workout, feels amazing to be targeting and giving these muscles the attention they deserve. Core, back and glutes are essential to our entire body's movement. Grateful for our wonderful trainer who continues to show up and show out. What an incredible woman!

I did this glutes workout right after a 15-minute HIIT cardio workout. Now I feel complete! 👍Glutes were on fire on this one! 🔥I love using the band to work the glutes, it's so effective and really targets those muscles. I need to get some new glute bands with more resistance. I've been using them so much I'm getting stronger! 💪

I love this workout! I use it all the time when away and can only travel with glute bands. Would love to see more resistance band workouts to work my upper body when weights aren’t available while away. Thank you!!

I managed to use 50 lbs for the last 3 exercises for all 3 rounds despite being on that time of the month and it being late at night! Sydney definitely motivated me to push through!! 💪🏻

Away travelling for the next few months and only have my bands with this is an amazing workout when you are on the road. Currently on a roof top in Kathmandu , Nepal. Namaste 🙏

I'm only eating 550 calories a day right now, so I needed to find a good resistance training video. This was a winner 🏆. Thank you Sydney, for all the different types of videos you provide. I can't wait to get back in the current series!!

Love how you are SO good at designing workouts that can challenge everybody and that you continue to push and inspire us with EVERY workout! Did this with my extra heavy band and 5 lbs in each hand and was SO sweaty at the end. Who says you can’t get in an excellent workout while traveling? With Sydney, anything is possible!💪😅🔥

This was great! I'm going to be sure to save this for my summer travel workout. And, wow, Sydney is AMAZING! I remember weeks 38-40 of pregnancy...it is hard to imagine maintaining this level of energy.. Yay to all the pregnant mamas who are working out here!

I noticed that the crunchy/slippy feeling in my low back that I have had for years was not there today during the glute bridges! I've had that feeling during that type of movement for as long as I can remember. Nothing today! It was quiet and tight! I think that is progress. Thanks Syd!

My glutes are feelin’ hot, hot, hot after the workout. This workout helped strengthen my lower body especially my right leg which I’m working on getting stronger in my recovery. I’ve also been stretching my lower body since I’m sitting at home and non-weight bearing. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our next workout.
