I really tried to push myself with this workout, added some weights to the medium resistance band I used and this was so killer, the last set felt like it lasted forever LOL, so good, love working glutes!

The word "clinch" totally changed the way I did that glute bridge pulse. I felt it much better just by you using clinch instead of squeeze. Thank you for always helping us make that mind muscle connection!

I did this glutes workout right after a 15-minute HIIT cardio workout. Now I feel complete! 👍Glutes were on fire on this one! 🔥I love using the band to work the glutes, it's so effective and really targets those muscles. I need to get some new glute bands with more resistance. I've been using them so much I'm getting stronger! 💪

I managed to use 50 lbs for the last 3 exercises for all 3 rounds despite being on that time of the month and it being late at night! Sydney definitely motivated me to push through!! 💪🏻

Love how you are SO good at designing workouts that can challenge everybody and that you continue to push and inspire us with EVERY workout! Did this with my extra heavy band and 5 lbs in each hand and was SO sweaty at the end. Who says you can’t get in an excellent workout while traveling? With Sydney, anything is possible!💪😅🔥

I noticed that the crunchy/slippy feeling in my low back that I have had for years was not there today during the glute bridges! I've had that feeling during that type of movement for as long as I can remember. Nothing today! It was quiet and tight! I think that is progress. Thanks Syd!

My glutes are feelin’ hot, hot, hot after the workout. This workout helped strengthen my lower body especially my right leg which I’m working on getting stronger in my recovery. I’ve also been stretching my lower body since I’m sitting at home and non-weight bearing. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our next workout.
