This is hands down my favorite workout when I don't feel like working out. I know as long as I start, I will get into it and end up with an amazing workout. I enjoy hearing the conversation, never gets old - still motivating to hear that you both struggle on occasion and even sweat :)

Hello HASfit, I just wanted to let you guys know yall are amazing people. With your workouts, I am slowly getting my life back. 2 weeks ago, I was 210 pounds, now I am at 199 pounds, I have been in the 100s in 4 years..(I'm currently 18). I started Kettle Bell at the YMCA about 6 months ago. The 8am time slot didn't work for me. Finding you guys was a blessing as a friend bought me some Kettle Bells for work at home. HAS FIT is awesome!! I am 69 years old and you both inspire me to keep going with great instruction and motivation. I feel like you are talking to me personally. On the off days I go to Zumba!! My husband and I have been doing your workouts for over a year now. We love them! I have had 3 major back surgeries and I can still get them done, especially with the modifiers. Your encouraging words definitely help get you through, when you think you can’t go on. We recommend them to all our friends. Thank you for putting out such wonderful videos!

You guys have been absolute live savers during this pandemic. All I have are kettlebells at home, but I don't feel like I've been shorted on my workouts at all thanks to your videos. I appreciate that you include some mobility work in the videos, too, because I know I'd probably skip it otherwise.

I have been following all of your kettlebell workouts for about two months trying to get rid of my COVID 15 since I stopped going to the gym in March. In just two months of doing them about 3 or 4 times a week and a hilly walk on the other days, I've lost all of my COVID weight and more. I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in at least 2 years!

Thank you so much! I’ve just started my weight loss journey with cardio. I was very nervous to do strength training because I have no knowledge of weights or strength exercises. Because of my lack of knowledge, I am not comfortable in a gym. These workouts are very challenging, but easy to follow- all from home. I feel like I have two personal trainers in my living room. I just found your channel today and I am so happy I did. This work out was amazing. But what really did it for me was the genuine motivation throughout the video and the praise at the end. I love your stuff. I've been looking for decent Kettlebell workout the last of the full session so I can get the full benefit and see how the moves are supposed to be done. Two thumbs up of course I don't recommend trying to do a Russian twist with your dog on your chest

I love this workout and so does my 7-month old daughter. I don’t know if it’s the faces I pull as I try to “squat with my heart” 😂 or the facts my purple kettlebell is swinging around the room. Either way she finds is hilarious and giggles throughout xx

Another great workout. I used dumbells instead of kettlebells. Went just fine. I love this format of 20 on/10 off. Workout flew by.

Wow! First time I've done this workout. Not sure I like the burn as much as Coach K but sweated buckets and felt good I was able to finish it. Will definitely do this one again! The halo move was confusing for me but will keep trying. Thank you for your wonderful videos. I've been telling others about these workouts.

Hey Guys, gave this workout a try, Im trying to lose weight currently im around 113 Kgs. This session gave me a good sweat to be honest, took my blood pressure mid way and I had a BPM of 117 :) Great workout, I'll be sure to look for more of your vids!

Yes they can so long as you're able to achieve the 45 degree torso angle whilst in the chair.
