I started Kettle Bell at the YMCA about 6 months ago. The 8am time slot didn't work for me. Finding you guys was a blessing as a friend bought me some Kettle Bells for work at home. HAS FIT is awesome!! I am 69 years old and you both inspire me to keep going with great instruction and motivation. I feel like you are talking to me personally. On the off days I go to Zumba!! My husband and I have been doing your workouts for over a year now. We love them! I have had 3 major back surgeries and I can still get them done, especially with the modifiers. You guys have been absolute live savers during this pandemic. All I have are kettlebells at home, but I don't feel like I've been shorted on my workouts at all thanks to your videos. I appreciate that you include some mobility work in the videos, too, because I know I'd probably skip it otherwise.

I have been following all of your kettlebell workouts for about two months trying to get rid of my COVID 15 since I stopped going to the gym in March. In just two months of doing them about 3 or 4 times a week and a hilly walk on the other days, I've lost all of my COVID weight and more. I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in at least 2 years!

Thank you so much! I’ve just started my weight loss journey with cardio. I was very nervous to do strength training because I have no knowledge of weights or strength exercises. I love your stuff. I've been looking for decent Kettlebell workout the last of the full session so I can get the full benefit and see how the moves are supposed to be done. Two thumbs up of course I don't recommend trying to do a Russian twist with your dog on your chest

Wow! First time I've done this workout. Not sure I like the burn as much as Coach K but sweated buckets and felt good I was able to finish it. Will definitely do this one again!
