I LOVE these two! I am a cut, fit, older woman who has learned many lessons re:working out the hard way and due to the old training. These 2 have such a healthy attitude! I say that even as a mental health professional. The attitude, with Les Mills training at the Y's (a few) are full of themselves, in my experience. These 2 have totally mentally healthy messages, with zero junk and won't get you hurt. I am sore sometimes from slow form-oriented moves they remind me to do. I was not sore anymore from other stuff that looked more dramatic. To me, these are, "The Real McCoy's" if you are looking for all-around self improvement. I LOVE what they say, especially at the end of this one, about just running out the door and running, w/o the rest. Great work, Coach and Claudia, or is it Claudia and Coach? ;-)

I do your kettlebell workouts 3-4 per week and have been avoiding this one like the plague because of the length. Today I dove right in, gave it my all and finished when I was done ✅ so proud of myself! 👏🏾I’d be lying if I said I enjoyed it 😝but the feeling at the end is addictive so I will dive in again! Looks like he was going between a 10kg, 12kg and 16kg just from the sizes but I could be slightly off. Just use whatever feels good for you depending on the exercise.

I’d say 5kg 8kg and 10kg. Don’t forget they are in lbs rather than kg though.

Completed my first ever kettlebell workout today. My 8kg kettlebell is too heavy for some of the moves, and i got to use lighter dumbbells in 3kg and 5 kg instead.
