Grab your weights and let’s go! Start back to basics, then add an isometric hold, then finish with FIRE! 30 and 20 second intervals move quickly to get your heart pumping and muscles burning! Options for all fitness levels

This was a perfect full body workout. I especially love that you gave enough attention to those hard to sculpt areas such as the inner thighs and the back of the arms. Also, there is enough attention on abs and core. I will add this one to my favorites.❤

This workout is soooo good!!! I absolutely loved it!!! The format is challenging while the moves tone and my heart rate stayed up the entire workout!! Great ISO holds and pulses, and love the kettlebell swing intervals!!! A definite favorite workout for me to do over and over again!!! Yes!!! 💪🦵💫💗👐👐👍!!!

I love this one! I really like the shorter, quick intervals and the lack of repetition - makes it go by quick but it burns! I can't wait for no repeat November! I added this to my favourites! Thanks Amy!

i saved your Iso workout from 4yrs ago and do them regularly. so happy to see another new iso workout from you! i shall save this as well. i rem in your old vids u said those iso holds are just as important and good in building strength. Good variation from the usual moves.

That might be my newest favorite workout. That was such a great burn and challenging with the weights. I love doing the 3, 30 second intervals with ISO holds and pulses. Thanks, this month has had great workouts!

Another format that goes by so fast and works the entire body. I went heavy because it was only 30 seconds of each move, BUT, turns out it's kind of 90 seconds. Stretched a lot on my own so I don't feel it tomorrow!

The dumbbell (4 kg) bicep curl is the toughest dumbbell exercise around. But I did it! 😉
