Loved it!! My 7 year old did it with me and she was definitely keeping it an eye on the clock because at one point you said 10 seconds left and she said “No Amy it was 13!” 😂 her favorite move was the side lunges!! Thanks as always Amy! Excited for no repeat November! 💪🏻

Went fast but still felt like we got an hour workout in 30 minutes. Kettlebell swings were fun and the compound moves were challenging.

While doing a dumbbell deadlift I pictured myself shaving both legs at the same time, with oranges under my armpits, while closing a car door. Great cues, but a silly visual!

It says "no-repeat" but all your workouts with weights in this no-repeat program are identical. The warm-ups before are the same as warm-ups after and they are identical to the tee to every before or after warm-up. And all the weights exercises along with your talk about modifications are the same over and over again. So, yeah it's getting a bit boring if one tries to follow you every day. A bit more creativity would be nice.
