This was a great workout to get back into! Currently 16wks pregnant and I didn't workout the whole first trimester. So this was great! 🔥💪 You're the best Amy! I keep coming back to you. ❤️

I'm a bit late to the party on this one but had to write my review!!! I LOVE THIS WORKOUT🎉❤🎉🎉🎉 it was super fun, moves and form perfectly explained by Amy and I really related to what Amy said at the end. Full disclosure here.....I have been on a terrible exercise slump and have not worked out with any consistency since early last Summer. I am a life long exerciser but a knee injury set me back. Most workouts and instructors are so advanced nowadays that I never felt I could ever keep up. It is just so unmotivating and defeating when you have to modify 90% of a cardio workout. 😢 A friend told me about Amy and this is the first cardio workout I came across. The way she presents the higher impact options makes it sooooo doable. I felt totally OK and accomplished staying at Level 1 without feeling like I was a failure and could not keep up. Presenting LEVELS and not going straight into an insane high impact exercise was a game changer!! 👍👍 I seen there are a few of these phenomenal "level up" workouts on Amy's channel and I have saved them. I LOVE THIS FORMAT!!! THANK YOU, AMY❤❤❤❤I am so excited to do the others and cannot wait to go through the Move through the Decades series!! You are FABULOUS!❤❤❤❤

Thank you Amy, for posting these workouts with different levels. I'm a person with a medical condition in my foot and because of it, I'm unable to do intense workouts. My weight is considered to be in the obese side and having this medical condition in my foot has put a dramatic impact in my weight. Nonetheless, I still do workouts to prevent further blood clots from forming again. Even though, I did the modified low impact version, my heart rate was punding from the getgo. 🥵🙂👍

I really appreciate these workouts in the morning. When I wake up, my body is too cold to do high impact all the time. This gives me an apartment friendly option that won't have me pulling mussels!!! I would love more low-impact options for the morning! Thank you so much for your videos❤

I agree that these “build on as you go” workouts are great! They help me feel comfortable with the basic move and that makes it easier to add on. It also gives lots of options for modifications. Thank you!

I'm just leveling up after using your 10 minute cardio for beginners or someone coming off of an injury with limited mobility - I've been using it as my main aerobics workout for the last couple of years. I decided to try this one today and it is amazing! I have a bad hip and limited mobility so staying with Level 1 or 2 was enough to get the heartrate up and make me really stretch and feel it all in my muscles. Amy, I am so grateful for your videos, you have helped me immensely with getting in shape and losing the excess fat. Thank you for all of the videos here, in Facebook and other spots. Your workouts kick butt!! I will always use one of your videos for aerobics, they are THE BEST!!!

Ready to HIIT it hard with cardio? Start with Level One for 30 seconds of cardio, then level up to two and three, increasing intensity as we go. No Equipment required!

Loved this one the first time we did it and again today. So many of my favorite moves like the squat jump and shuffle! Plus I really enjoyed the format of building on each move as well. Love cardio day! 😍

This workout was proof for me of why I need to give things another chance. I didn’t enjoy this one back on the June calendar. But today I loved it. My heart rate was up. I was able to push myself a little harder. The increasing intensity was good.

Level up classes work great for everything. It gets to the point that the heartrate is up even in the first level. No jumping for me so I add More Power, higher arms and faster moves. On the last set, instead of burpees, I did lunge knee drives.
